The computer system was AWFUL and the wait time for the slow system was ridiculous.. but the lady working at this location was very cheerful and kept us all happy during the long wait. Also, this was after we had successfully booked a uhaul in Bozeman and were contacted after I was already on my way to bozeman days later saying they didn't have a truck for us, so I had to turn around and get a truck in Missoula.

DON DJust got handed the keys and was told where the truck was parked. Would have been nice to walk thru the details concerning the operation of the truck. Yes, I figured it all out. Not a ridicule, just trying to help the next guy.
