The young lady who assisted us was nice and professional. When I asked her about returning the vehicle after the office was closed, she indicated that we should just place the key in the drop box. When we finished with our move, the vehicle was returned at 5:30 pm. We basically utilized the vehicle for about 4 hours and 45 minutes even though we rented it for 8 hours. When I received my receipt this morning, I noticed that there was another $28 charge for the insurance. I called the young lady and told her that the vehicle was returned at 5:30 pm on Saturday, June 7, 2025. She indicated that she checked the vehicle in when she arrived to work this morning at10:30 am. I told her that was not fair and that there should not be another $28 charge for insurance. She said in a sarcastic tone, “You will have to call U-Haul.” I immediately called U-Haul to explain the problem. I spoke to a young man named Steven. He took my concern and said that someone would call me next week. I am hoping that this problem is resolved.

JESUS AI called Saturday afternoon and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. She told me there was a place to leave the keys so that we could return the truck after hours.
