We discovered a hole in the fuel line at the first attempt to put gas in the truck, which was clearly damage done by the previous customer. Several gallons leaked out during the process of figuring this out and the ensuing 9 hour drive. We had a deadline a d had to push through, so it got patched and we kept trucking. We thought we would get the issue resolved and compensation for the wasted gas at drop off. The employee was completely unwilling to help. She told me to go away and call U-haul customer service instead, which has been another nightmare to deal with. The entire experience was terrible from start to finish. Moving to a new city is already super stressful, and U-haul made it ten times worse.

No furniture pads on truck as I ordered. This unit was poorly maintained, engine shook while idling, the tire were obviously out of balance, left with less than a quarter tank of gas, back carriage box was scattered with trash. It was obvious the last person to use it transported some kind of trees. I've rented from Budget and Penske in the past, I've never had such a poor unit. I'm not sure I would ever rent from UHaul again after that experience

This location was excellent, friendly staff, easy drop off. This location was clean and had great customer service. Picked up uhaul in Tyler Tx. dropped off in Houston TX. with no problem at all. Would definitely recommend this location!

I tried to ask questions so that I can understand the return process and the lady acted as if I was bothering her. She was not helpful and said that I would get an email. I had never rented a uhaul in this capacity before and just wanted to make sure to be aware of the expectation going forward. I turned the truck in on Friday two days before it was due and was it sure of what to expect.

Employee was very unwelcoming. Was abrupt with responses and states she emailed me my receipt but I never received it. Never asked me if I had any concerns with the truck, just took the keys from me. I still have not received a receipt for the storage portion of my rental truck and I believe I was overcharged. The truck itself was very uncomfortable. The driver's seat leaned to the right so I had to put a rolled towel under my right leg to level out my hips. There wasn't AC in the truck either which became very hot driving in Texas.

When I returned the truck Veronica went to expect the truck she come back in and shows me a scratch on the right rear and said it fresh. I told her no walk around was done on the truck when I picked it up as I was handed keys so unsure where em the scratch would come from in a dirty truck. When I was leaving she ask for a claim sticker so not sure what she is trying to do. My point is how are u going to point out a scratch and no pre inspection was done in truck.

The location was fine. My issue was with the scheduling of my UHaul. I spoke with someone and scheduled my UHaul a few days before my pickup. When I went to pickup my UHaul by the 24/7 phone virtually, the price was wrong and much higher. So I called the 1800 number to customer service to get it fixed. I ended up being in the phone and at the Uhaul place for over 2.5 hours trying to get the issue resolved. I almost lost the truck and was late getting my daughter off to college in another state. On top of that ib ended up having to talk to 3 different people with 3 different prices. The last lady that actually helped me resolve the issue over the phone, stated that she was giving me an extra 50 miles for my inconvenience. Once I checked my bill it didn't have the additional 50 miles on there. I have been using UHaul for over 25 years and have never had this many issues, long hold times, and confusion as I did on this rental. This rental debacle makes me want to never use the company again.

This place gave me a truck with very little gas in it and then when I returned it they want to charge me a fuel service fee and a fuel fill-up service fee for a truck I HAD to FILL before I could use it.

Wrong truck given, gas amount was recorded wrong due to wrong truck given then switched. My ending invoice said one price and now my bank account is pending $15 more charge than it should. Representative was new but management over the phone was poor and full of shit. I will going back up there for my money or calling corporate to file an investigation tomorrow.

The truck didn't have any air the entire time I had it. Saturday through Monday. It's to hot in HOUSTON and IM to fat not to have air-conditioning. They sent a company out to look and it and the guy said that the vents needed to be replaced and this wasn't something they could do on-site it had to be fixed at their shop. Mind you we paid movers to load the truck and was told that it would be a 150 minute before someone could come and check out the air. Movers are paid hourly. Not only am I paying the workers hourly but we had to pay for being late to where we needed to be. The truck has clearly not been serviced, the transmission Is slipping and it makes you jerk when trying to stop. I was told on Saturday that a manager would call me back within 48 hours. When I calld on Monday after they charged my card an additional $334.28 they said the manager had up to 72 hours. It's Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them at all. The sad thing is we rent from uhaul at least 2 a month. I have never been changed this much. I paid them total of $447.28 to have a truck with no air and whiplash! Uhaul y'all need to do better!

Customer service rep acted like we know what we were doing. “Go get your key out of 3”. We walked all around that parking lot looking for a 3. Also, did my whole rental online, got to the store, no moving blankets I had ordered. Why didn't it say that online so I would know to go to a different location? Got to the truck thinking my appliance dolly would be inside. Nope. Frustrating. Will try budget rental next time.

First of all you make it an inconvenience for the community to even want to do business when you don't never have anyone present doing the office hours that you have a sign on the door. I've called in for 2 days days now and you do not answer the phone. Like today October 5th 2020 at 12:30 p.m. I've been calling the phone, no one called me back. oh yeah it's kind of hard for me to do business ever again or if this type of treatment that you give your potential customers your repeated customers your VIP customers or customers period.

Truck was clean but the ac wasn't working me and my helper sweating from the time we left and the place where I picked up the truck knew the ac wasn't working properly and they didn't give me a DISCOUNTS like I was told. I contacted the manager when I dropped the truck off I told her I didn't no how to check my truck in for return so she told me to send her a picture and she would do if for me so I texts her a picture and I didn't get my copy of my receipt till after 6AM the next morning I sent her the picture at after 6PM on the 10 of July and I still didn't see a DISCOUNTS.
