The owners Chris and Carla went above and beyond to insure that my rental experience was great. They loaded the rental truck with the requested supplies before my arrival. I could not get in touch with them either by phone or in person. And they did not record the return of the trailer in the U-Haul system, so I had to reply to U-Haul corporate when they sent me a notice that it was not returned.
Ralph DVery friendly and helpful, even though I arrived within 15min of closing time. They got me hooked up and on the road wonderfully.
