JULIE RStaff directed us to the wrong vehicle entirely. Staff did not tell us that the time we had selected to return was after hours, so we had pay an extra fee when we could have just kept it longer and paid less.
KEVIN MSee comment above. Reserved 15’ truck. Was assigned 10’ truck night before. Pickup location moved by 30 miles with no allowance made for mileage. Suggest a partial refund!!!
