My reservation was originally for 9am and didn't get my rental until 10:45am. Party sure to technical issues with the U-Haul app and part because the guys store didn't open until 10am and he never assigned my reservation a vehicle before hand. The driver's side visor was broken and kept falling while I was driving, extremely dangerous! The check engine light was on and I was told it's fine to drive. The gas was almost completely on empty and I returned it was a half of tank. With all the issues I asked for the reservation to be extended and then I was charged for it. Just overall a bad experience.

The person was rude and i called them n never answer
ERIKA SOur location was changed last minute. We also had to pick it up a day early which we were not ready for. Fender was bent and couldn't latch the side of the trailer.
