The app repeatedly would not accept uploads of the pictures of the condition of the vehicle upon rental start. Keys were NOT at the location specified by the app. Combination for lock was not correct. Trucks are parked near other vehicles with barely room to back out safely. Trucks need their own marked and dedicated parking areas free and clear from other vehicles.
