Once again I am disappointed in UHAUL. I reserved a truck - weeks in advance at a location that I wanted because of how close it was to my residence. I was told few days before I was to pick it up that I had to go to another location. That's not how a business should be operated. The location I went and the employee who handled me was efficient and nice but it wasn't the location I wanted. Very disappointed.
