Kevin KThe pickup location staff was helpful and did their best to fix the situation, but my overall experience with U-Haul was frustrating. My reservation was changed to a farther location without notice, I was incorrectly charged a late fee despite returning early, and customer service was unprofessional. Improving communication, accuracy, and overall organization would make a big difference.
