The drop-off for the truck and move to another truck was handled promptly and efficiently. I found the whole Uhaul Roadside Assistance team and this Uhaul location extremely helpful in shortening the delay caused by the engine failure. They provided a replacement truck and plenty of space to perform the load switch.

I reserved a truck a week in advance in a different location and they want to call at the last minute saying they don't have a truck for my reservation date in a 200 mile radius. I had to inconvenience everyone by moving the date. This is extremely unprofessional of this company. I use uhaul all the time and my rating started off as a 5 star and is steadly declining.
