I was over charge almost $400.00 and an apparent supervisor issued a refund of less than $150.00 dollars. What a shame to threat a customer that has been dealing with U-Hall for over 25 years. U-Hall needs to take responsibility... SHAME ON YOU.........:((((((

Philip GGood Morning, I am happy to advise of my experience with UHAUL and the retailer of your product. The stand out issue for me was the condition of the interior of the van I rented. It was dirty with a bad food order. There was food in the side drivers door and food wrappers on the drivers door as well. The vehicle was filthy inside as dust covering the interior and the floor was covered in dirt as well. As mentioned above it had a terrible oder as well. This vehicle in my option has not received any TLC for months. Very disappointed. Tim Cameron
