Uhaul was driven for 20 kms and parked for the entire day for a bottle drive. Truck wouldn’t start at the end of the day. We were stuck outside for about 1 1/2 hrs with tired kids (after a 5 hour bottle drive). Units should be more reliable than that.

I had to drive an extra 45 km to get the van, then back 45km. Plus when picking up the van, the person didn't tell me that I don't need to fill it up like we always had to before. Cost me an extra 75 bucks in gas. The pickup spot was not full of information at the best. Van worked great. Read all the information noted.

WEERASOORIYAGE PThe process wasn't smooth. The computer was down. She couldn't find my reservation and then didn't know I had already paid for coverage when she did get my reservation. Then no one came to the vehicle to tell us which one so we were trying to keys on different vehicles to find it. And after we started driving did we get a message telling to to do a picture proof of each side of the vehicle ourselves and confirm mileage and license place and note any issues. And the message said if we didnt before we left the lot then our insurance we paid for didnt qualify... no one said this was something we needed to do or warned us to do before we left the lot causing us to stop and now start this extra process on move day. Which previous time we rented at a different location this was done with the rep who gave us the key. So was not as impressed with Uhaul as I have been in the past. But otherwise the experience went smoothly and the truck was perfect for our needs
