I was very pleased with the service
D FThe truck I rented for 4 hours had not been swept out, it was very dirty with loose rust bits all over the floor in the back. I had to sweep it out before putting my belongings in there. Also, I found the truck doors had not been locked up. That seems to me a very unsafe practice, and when I mentioned it to the girl when I returned the truck she said that was fine. I'm used to renting directly from the U-Haul place, so I found this pick up location not as secure. It left me with an odd feeling.
MARIE II was asked to move all the trucks because the one I was assigned was parked behind 4 of them trucks, that’s dumb. I asked for another truck that would be easier to get out but apparently it wasn’t possible
Isaac JI returned the vehicle with more than half a tank of gas, but it was recorded as only half. I'm certain it had more fuel than at pickup. It's a small amount, but this kind of discrepancy affects trust. Please pay closer attention to this pattern. Thanks.
