DENIS RAgent said I would not be charged because I didn’t use the trailer but was still charged full amount.
LEIGH MSome of the worst service I have ever had from a company. The cashier was extremely unhelpful, she made me call customer support myself while at the location, she made me move a U-Haul van that I was not insured on so I could access my trailer, and she did not help at all with attaching the trailer to the hitch. I actually sprained my finger while trying to put the trailer on the hitch myself. This was now the 3rd location I had been sent to in order to get my 5x8 trailer. The entire process at this particular location was 2.5hours, absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
