The U-Haul I rented had safety issues. The passenger mirror was broken and would NOT stay in place. It made it very challenging to drive it safely.

Receipt claims I owe another $38.00 on top of $52.00 already paid. Stating I turned truck in after 9 am. I was told if I had keys in drop box before store opened (@9am) that there would be no additional charges, truck was turned in and keys in drop box BEFORE 9AM. Instead receipt claims truck not turned in until 10am and I am being charged for another day.

Had to call uhaul main office and explain that I had turned it in same day instead of the next day as rental agreement was for two days. I dropped keys in drop box. I also checked box that truck was turned in. Very disappointed in uhaul process of inconvenience of text and emails. Need a better process for this.
