First of all i rented from an independent dealer that was close by to me and then the following morning i received a message about a location change which i wasn't made aware of until 8 am ( my appointment was at 9:30) when i made it to said location i was informed that my reservation was cancelled due to me being 50 minutes late all because the new reservation was further from my home( even though i had the truck until the following day until 9:30 am! After expressing my frustration to the cashier she then set me up with another truck and this one was even further way! to make matters even worse i got to the location ( now 1 hour away from my home) and the place was CLOSED! i then decided to try again and place a reservation in Monroe GA for noon and when i made it there 9 minutes late and they too were closed until 1! i found something to do and then when i returned at 1 promptly the office reeked of weed smoke! to say i had a horrible experience would be a major understatement !!!!!
