We called and reserved a truck the same day we picked it up. Scheduled for a 4pm pickup. Get to the location at 3:50pm on a Friday. Office is closed. Local number on door. Call number sent to UHAUl. Told we need to download the app in order to get key instructions. Download the app (which sucks by the way. Very buggy), complete all questions then the instructions to pick up key tells us to go inside to get keys! But the office is closed! Took an hour and three calls until finally someone showed up with the keys. No apologies. The UHaul app is extremely buggy when it comes to adding pictures it requires to complete the rental. Worst rental experience I have ever had with any company. Do better!

Quick and easy process … $$$$ money was worth.. If I have to ever use a U-Haul again, I’d definitely use same pick up location at Walton Security Storage, 1630 S Broad St. in Monroe, GA 30655.
Chakena MThe U-Haul I rented had safety issues. The passenger mirror was broken and would NOT stay in place. It made it very challenging to drive it safely.
cameron aReceipt claims I owe another $38.00 on top of $52.00 already paid. Stating I turned truck in after 9 am. I was told if I had keys in drop box before store opened (@9am) that there would be no additional charges, truck was turned in and keys in drop box BEFORE 9AM. Instead receipt claims truck not turned in until 10am and I am being charged for another day.
