Have employees be more knowledgeable on policies and more honest about equipment working. First I was told the trailer I’d reserved was not available then when I asked about the u-haul guarentee that was listed online he told me he knew nothing about it. After he hooked up a smaller trailer as a replacement for the one I’d reserved he said the lights didn’t work and refunded my rental fee. I left without a trailer but when I got one from a friend my electrical hookup worked just fine.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that signed us out with our u-haul because he did an amazing job even with some challenging customers behind us in line. He was very professional and his customer service was outstanding!! While packing I also purchased boxes from this location and received great customer service on that visit as well! Top notch location in my book!!!

Rates were a bit high but everything was fine.



I purchased more than $150 in supplies. But my issue is with the cost of the rental. I looked today and saw the same vehicle through U-Haul for $10 less per day and only 79cents per mile. Not happy that I paid $39.95 per day and 99cents per mile. On top of that I rented 1 doz moving blankets. Web site it would be $10 per doz. But than I was charged twice. The folks at the location said it was $10 each doz per day. No where on the web site does it say per day. Then I was overcharged $91.00 for mileage. That is what really upset me. I drove this route to and from work for more than 2 years. I know the mileage. (They did issue a refund for the mileage) but that ties up those funds for about 5 days. I have no problem with the staff that worked with me. They were good to deal with. But the inconsistent pricing does instill much confidence with me. I will be needing to rent again soon as my belongings are now in storage and will need to be hauled to my next place. I would like to request that I be refunded the extra $10 charge for the blankets and adjust the daily rental to what it should have been. ($10 per day). That would be fair. Yes the one in Monroe Michigan they need help and more help could not find anyone around I actually had to go in the back to find workers. And there was a line in the building and there was nobody in there. And I could only fine one person that was even working.

Returned the truck the same day we rented it. It was 705pm store closed at 7pm. We dropped the keys in the key return slot.The owner was still in the store saw us drop the truck and keys. Recieved a call the next day at 6:00 pm saying we didn't return the truck and were going to be charged another day. Called the store immediately waited on hold for 30 minutes ,finally called the corporate office they got ahold of the store and Stephen said he would check the inventory. Said they would call us to let us know if they found the truck. It's 10am the next day and still haven't gotten a call to see if they found the truck we parked in front of the store 2 days ago! My mother whos 74yrs old is freaking out. Now if the manager cant manage his inventory/employees to check the inventory and give a poor old lady a heart attract they need to have a better system to keep track of their own inventory very disatified that they can't check before they call people.

I called to reserve a 10' truck at 8 am on July 23rd for an in town move. I was told that I could pick it up at 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:45 to pick up the truck and was told that there were no trucks available that day. I was offered a van or a pick up truck. I was concerned about using the smaller vehicle for the in town move because it might require additional trips, therefore additional mileage charges. When I asked why someone told me that I had a truck reserved when there were none truly available, I was told that I had spoken with someone in Arizona. I questioned why this would happen and received no explanation and no apology. We made the van work in this situation, but I would never risk using this location for a move again.

Well I order a 15 ft truck and the order got cancelled when I did not cancel the truck the clerk did rent me a cargo van but it was very inconvenient since I had to make several trips to my storage unit instead of taking one trip. The clerk was new who put the order in and the other clerk did not come to his aid to help no teamwork at this store.

Nothing everything went well



Make sure when customer reserve a certain size 17ft truck . It is available and not whatever’s available that was 26ft and cost me time and money for my movers and aggravation . And called around town to get a truck at the last minute. And U haul did nothing to compensate me because I am a female. I will never use Uhaul again after this . I feel your company should have refunded me. It was there mistake for booking trucks they don’t have and then said there was no charge but charged me anyway.
