truck was not taken care of
John EThey made pick up very easy and the woman was helpful and kind.
JUSTIN TWe ordered an appliance dolly and it wasn’t in the truck when we went to pick it up . I called U-Haul and was transferred then told I would be put on hold while she found out what to do about it. Then she said” goodbye” and promptly hung up on me! Who does that???? Lashaun I hope you get FIRED! You have no business being in customer service with service like that. When I called back they said there’s nothing they can do!! I didn’t have time to run across town to another location to pick one up. I was told it was in the notes that one wasn’t available yet no one bothered to tell me!!!
RALPH LEverything went really smooth. Mrs. Ruth was/is such a sweet lady. Would recommend this location to anyone. Truck was clean and well maintained. Easy and quick service.
