When I arrived there was a Sign on the door saying closed today! The. Agentless check on and check out system was quite cumbersome and I wasted nearly 2 hours in These procedures. I had ordered moving blankets and furniture dolly but none was in the back of agentless vehicle. I was told to go to another U-Haul Locale to get these products. Overall I would never do business w this agent again.
