MALCOLM MCould not communicate as owner spoke little English. Store was messy and not clean. Has 8 gas pumps, only 1 worked. Needed to go fill up elsewhere.
Keith HThe counter help was clueless, they had to keep calling someone else just to get approval to give me the key that the app said to provide. This process took nearly an hour to complete and was very frustrating. They were not understanding I reserved two trucks, and ended up cancelling one of my reservations. Luckily, the Uhaul agent was amazing and restored my reservation.
