You have a new process for inspecting vehicle, mileage, etc. Theoretically, it's good. 1) I wasn't told about this but was just sent off with the contract. I only saw my text message down the road. 2) I was unable to upload a picture of the dash (which I took before leaving). I tried several times so there seems to be a bug with the software. 3) Because I couldn't proceed, I couldn't indicate that I received the truck 9/16 full instead of 5/8. I returned it with the needle at approximately 9/16--it was past the 1/2 tank mark and not even close to touching it. I don't believe I should have been charged for the 4 gallons.

The rental agent was very quick and checked me in with no issues.

Not much. Everything about the experience was great, including the folks running the place. Just the opposite of the rude and insulting people running the Yreka Uhaul that my friends and me will NEVER use again. .

The reservation process was a MESS! I had reserved a car hauler from Klamath Falls, and the morning I was supposed to pick it up I was called and told none were available and that we had to drive almost 200 miles (round trip) to get to the nearest one. When we got there, they didn't have the correct adapter for the trailer lights so we had to drive to another town to buy an adapter.

Polite people, good price, a good experience, unlike the caustic Uhaul people at your Yreka location who were rude and insulting.

Went out of their way to make rental straightforward and simple. Had the pleasure of having the owner, Dennis, and the rental guru, Travis, deal with a couple of issues we created. Trailer worked out great.

charged me for gas when I have a receipt and picture showing I should not be charged just wrong!!

Probably not the fault of Shasta Valley Tire, but the trailer I received was definitely old and beat up. However I only needed it for a few hours and did the job fine. The door holder (metal pegs that hold the door open we're bent severely so they wouldn't hold the doors open. But otherwise no problems.
