Felt pressured to pay extra for the insurance that I realized later would have probably been covered by my personal auto insurance had an accident occurred. I just needed a truck and auto trailer to haul my broken down car home. I wish Uhaul could have provided a more fuel efficient vehicle than a 20' Box truck or arranged a possibility to swap out the oversized truck for something more appropriate at a facility along the way. The rental was quoted at $271, but with insurance and mileage fees tacked on later it was over $400 plus $200 in fuel for the gas hog. Hard lesson. The guy at the shop was nice enough. Pick up and drop off was simple.
