The lock box combo did not open to get the key. Contrary to web site, the lock up location was self service. There was no office. It start to finish it was 45 - 1 hr to get in a truck. The 10’ truck was not avail (lock box won’t open) so after 2 service repentances we were able to get a bigger truck from a diff lock box.
David KUnclear pick up/drop off instructions. I got charged for an additional day because they don't have a good system for drop off.

Matt ZTook 45 min to pick up, it was a disaster. Took 20 min to drop off, under the rain, crazy stupid check out user experience. The lockers codes?! That’s brutal. 3 locker codes have 4 car keys. Very expensive and old truck.
