I was called by Uhaul to choose this location so it can have more business. They lowered the mileage cost by some cents as an incentive. I chose that I needed to be handed the key by a person. However, when I arrived there, i found noone. I called uhaul and i was put on hold for more than 25 minutes under the scorching sun drenched in sweat. While I was waiting, I looked online and figured out the key for the lock. By then, I was talked to. Things got worse since the code did not work. I tried and tried then I was told they ll call someone. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a lady showed up and appeared as she is in extreme rush. She didnt even identify herself or who she worked with!!!! She meddled with the lock and kept moving it till it opened. She handed me the key and ran very quickly to her car like I do not exist! It was very irrespecutful.This was a very horrible rental experience! I got the truck after and returned it. Either get more people to the Uni avenue location or shut it down. I need a compensation for all the mishaps which is not what uhaul represents. Thanks!

Very difficult time picking the truck up as no one was there in the 24 seven mobile app was not done correctly on their end. Also, the truck had 165,000 miles on it… The dash lights did not work and the driver side mirror kept folding in with the wind creating a hazardous situation.
