I booked the reservation on-line a week or so in advance. I checked in online when I arrived. After I arrived the rep at the located needed to login and said his system was down. This was at least a 20 minute delay, and all he did was ask questions I already completed in the reservation or check-in. I have no idea why I had to wait for his system to come back up, pretty frustrating experience. I would avoid renting from his location in the future. I have rented "fully online" at other locations without issue. I am thankful they actually had the equipment I reserved.

Robert RBe more aware of the state of the equipment and make sure all the trash is cleaned out. Found a couple receipts and a plastic sauce lid in the cab. There was also a crack on the top right corner of the windshield that I noticed after leaving with the equipment. Wasn’t told about the crack when picking up.
