TEDDYE GI received very little to no help getting my car on the tow dolly and strapping it down. If that is against policy, the employee should explain that.
DEJARROD JMy issue not with location but my reservation. I reserve the truck to br pick up at 7 am at Eastern Blvd Montgomery Al location. However, I received a text on Christmas Eve to pick uo truck at 10 am on Ann St. There was no-one to talk to change my time and location. As a result, moving was delayed and we didn’t get to our location until late at night. Very disappointed
