How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off on a Sunday and I had problem with the online and app competing info for drop off. I kept getting message it could not find my location. Was very frustration. Ended you calling leaving message about my drop off plus texting message and pictures of the trailer drop off.
CAROL MDropped off on Sunday, so did not interact with personnel. However, site was extremely inviting and clean. I will certainly use this location again.
Donald Hvery unfriendly, dropped off trailer got no paperwork they said it would be emailed to me. didn't get it and found the email address on paperwork was wrong so i called them and gave correct one, still didn't receive it, called back to tell them and he was very rude saying he was too busy to send it that was 3 days ago and still have not received anything from them!
TIMOTHY HAt speeds exceeding 40 mph, the A/C fan quit blowing. There was minimal cold air coming out of the defrost vents, but nothing from the dashboard A/C vents. This caused the truck to be hot during travel.
