Dropped off on Sunday, so did not interact with personnel. However, site was extremely inviting and clean. I will certainly use this location again.

very unfriendly, dropped off trailer got no paperwork they said it would be emailed to me. didn't get it and found the email address on paperwork was wrong so i called them and gave correct one, still didn't receive it, called back to tell them and he was very rude saying he was too busy to send it that was 3 days ago and still have not received anything from them!
TIMOTHY HAt speeds exceeding 40 mph, the A/C fan quit blowing. There was minimal cold air coming out of the defrost vents, but nothing from the dashboard A/C vents. This caused the truck to be hot during travel.
James fWhen you do rental online for the area you live in such as the wetumpka AL U-HAUL. LET YOU PICK UP IN WETUMPKA AL. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MILEAGE BECAUSE YOU HAD TO GO PICK UP IN MONTGOMERY AL AND CHARGED FOR EXTRA DAY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THAT ASPECT WE TOOK BACK WITHIN 24 hrs and had to pay extra day. Sad sad sad
