I paid for furniture dolly and regular dolly and neither were in the truck. Make sure equipment is included if requested and included in cost of rental. I expect a refund for missing equipment.

They charged me an extra day even though I brought the truck back during the contracted time. I had to call U-Haul directly and they called them and told them to refund me for their mistake.
