Let's face it...moving is stressful. I've done it more than the average person and it is still stressful. While picking up the U Haul trailer, the representative became aware of my elevated stress level. While he could have just completed the paperwork and sent me on my way, he instead offered me words of encouragement and inspiration that everything was going to work out just fine. He was right and I was very relieved when I completed my 1100 mile journey without any problems! A huge thanks goes out to U Haul and the rep at M&S Manufacturing Inc in Monticello, IA. The uhaul was very dirty in the drivers side and the entire back was dirty with some kind of dirt and similar to saw dust type and we also did not have our dolly that we ordered.
Paul AMike the owner went above and beyond to meet up with me and help with the trailer. He even came in and stayed late on his own time, cannot say enough good things about him and his shop. Highly recommend!
