Was given a dirty truck, returned clean and was still charged a cleaning fee. This location would not check the milage or condition of the truck in my presents which allows for deception.

ANDREW HIt's hard to say. Some locations care about the equipment more than others. The equipment itself depreciate. Obvious the main concern will always be the prices you charge per mile.
