The truck was parked out back in a littered lot, there were what appeared to be homeless men in the field not too far behind the lot. One stood up and urinated. In the lot there were what appeared to be human feces, between the truck I picked up and the truck parked next to it. The man behind the counter was not of any help and told me I had to wait until 10 am. At that time a man wearing a UHaul shirt walked in, I spoke with him and he was helpful. He brought me outside to his work partner Marissa. Marissa and her male co-worker from U-Haul were of great help! They provided me with the keys to the rental truck. I appreciate their assistance, professionalism and pleasantries. This was not my requested pick up location, it was changed to this location the day prior to pick up. I would not be comfortable at this location alone at any time of day.

PASQUALE MI am grateful that a 15-foot truck was available in Monticello, NY. I originally reserved a 15-foot truck in Liberty, NY well in advance. It was confirmed right up to the day before the reservation, at which point U-Haul informed me that they had to switch to Monticello (13 miles away) because the Liberty truck had not been returned. Otherwise the overall service was good.
Steven SThe inside of the truck should be clean better, it was very dusty over the dashboard and dirt on the floor.
