J ai pris asurance que j ai payer parler ak le magasin et parler ak le service urgence et ont arrive en retard parce que il avait tempête et nous avons rester pris dans la glace et neige et il a fallu appel un towing que nous avons payer en plus. Contradiction between employees and lack of transparency.



L’acuelle était catastrophique il faut beaucoup améliorer service à la clientèle



I was supposed to return the truck to the St-Leonard location but was asked by phone to drop it off at the Pie-IX location, which I did, on the 27th. The next morning I received a call from a U-Haul agent asking me to phone the PIe-IX location because my rental was showing as not returned. I waited 51 minutes on the phone to check if everything was set. The agent was not very receptive.

Il y a un grand manque d'espace dans le stationnement et le local. C'est difficile de manoeuvrer et de stationner des camions et remorques. Quant au local, il est encombré par manque d'espace pour tout le materiel, présentoirs, etc.

Attente longue avant d'avoir le camion (50 minutes), camion bien mais cendrier plein. Certains support pour attacher les matériaux étaient brisées. Je recommande mais arrivé d'avance car je suis arrivé à 10h pour la réservation à la même heure mais avec l'attente je suis parti avec le camion à 10h50. Le camion fonctionnait bien

L'attente est longue pour obtenir le service du préposé. Vous devriez avoir 2 lignes: 1 pour les réservations en ligne déjà faites et l'autre ligne pour les autres.



J ai attendu 1h 30 min pour ma facture au retour car le préposé ne savait pas comment faire un retour. De plus il y a une erreur de double facturation sur mon compte master card. J ai communique l erreur hier samedi 20 janvier et j attends que un préposé me rappelle afin de corriger. En bref votre personnel est très incompétent.

I originally made a reservation with pick-up yourself to another place (Penzoil, Langelier street Montreal Qc) and the system let me go through all the process and check in for the truck and when I get to the place impossible to get the truck, the page was saying that no truck was prepared for this rent and giving a phone with a contact name that I called 3 times in 20 min and always get voicemail (still the next day, no call back). Called customer service that told me it's because I reserved for 12PM and I arrive at 12:10. She reset the system for 1pm and try again but nothing worked. Called again to customer service, that told me. it was normal the truck cannot be ready, cause I reserve the truck around 6-7pm the day before and the store close at 3pm (I guess there is a glitch when you can order to a place that is already closed and will not be able to prepare the truck). She redirect me to another location where I get the truck with a local team that was more like....why the hell I'm working today. The 15' truck are definitely made to be drive on the snow, I get stuck more than 3 time even to restart at a light, and the snow was not that much. My overall experience (customer service, desk people, truck) was not really great, and not sure I will rent again to U-haul and recommend it. I have to say the second call at customer service was professional and really working to give support and find solution



I appreciate it was the 2nd January, but at 9am with 1 person being served by only 1 staff member and upto another 4 waiting, having a second person at the desk would have speeded up the waiting time for all those in the queue. The staff i was served by was very professional and helpful though so i had a good experience.

Contrat mal expliqué. Service à la clientèle peu utile. J’ai eu un problème avec le montant qu’il m’ont chargé et j’ai appelé pour parler à quelqu’un. Ils m’ont dit qu’un superviseur me rappèlera dans maximum 72 heures. J’ai appelé le 23 décembre et c’est le 2 janvier.

Malgré la fatigue du déménagement. J'ai passé une belle journée. J'ai adoré conduire le gros camion. Lorsque je vais déménager au nord du Québec ( dans quelques mois), c'est sûr que je vais encore louer du matériel chez vous. Les employés sont très bien! Merci!

Even if I did my pre-booking online, it took me over an hour to get my truck. The truck I was supposed to get was not in working order. Finally, after a very long wait, I got another truck that was in poor condition. The heating was working erratically and at -20?C, no defrost can be dangerous. And it was dirty… No, I won’t rent a truck at U-Haul anymore.

The only issue is the waiting time for the pick up. When you do a reservation in advance for a certain time and you show up in advance, you don’t expect to wait an hour to take possession of the vehicule you’ve rented. Only one person to take care of the returns, the reservations, bringing the vans and trucks back and forth, filling contract, etc... I seriously think that it is a lack of respect toward the customer. It’s the second time I go at the Pie-IX location, last time was exactly the same thing... something needs to be done.

Le service au telephone était désagréable et paresseux. Le camion était couvert de 'x' autocollant. La lumière arriere gauche ne fonctionnait pas. Très dangereux pour une route de 800 km.
