I had a reservation on 9212 st michel but when I got there he didn't have the equipement that was reserved and didn't care. I had to cancel and found on Pie-IX what I needed.

The location was not the problem. The reservation service was awful. They sent me out of town (even though there are dozens of locations in the city). On the day I call to confirm pickup, the location advises me that they are closed and no longer part of U-Haul. Then the reservation service sends me to Montreal-Nord...even tho they had no units available. Thank goodness for this location's good service or else I would have had no rental. I will never use the UHaul reservation service again.

Our location was changed the day before. Further than we wanted. Lots up of 9 people in front of us and waited for an hour. The trailer had serious damage and the general manager at the drop off location ( rue saint-Louis in Gatineau) was very upset that it was even rented and on the road. I was blamed fo it because I didn't chose to take insurance which I didn't know the state of the trailer until the contract was signed and I went outside to get it. He is putting in a complaint with photos.

Get more people working at your costomer service desk. Waited for half hour before being served. It's not acceptable when your on a tight scedule. And fix your vehicle properly, the brakes of your 15' truck were squeeking loud everytime the brakes were used. That's it for now. Thanks

My pick up was at 9AM on a Saturday morning, I showed earlier than my reservation, maybe 8:30AM, and was told by phone before going that my truck was available and that I could go in earlier to pick it up. I was very happy! Great to get to start my move a tad earlier. So when I got to this location, on what I imagine is a busy period, early Saturday morning, and there was only one person working... there were roughly 6 customers ahead of me in line and I was there for roughly 45 minutes to a hour before I left with my truck, which was unfortunate. That is my only complaint though. The employee was very nice and the rest of my experience went well.

Les véhicules devraient être plein d'essence à 100%. Il est très difficile de remettre le véhicule au même niveau d'essence. Nous nous sommes repris 3 fois pour remettre le véhicule comme il etait. Si on en met moins vous nous charger plus de 1.75$ le litre et si on n'en met plus c'est encore nous qui perdons. En plus quand on prend possession du véhicule pour 9hr on sort de chez vous à 9h30 ensuite il faut aller faire le plein Ca retarde notre journée. On loue le véhicule à l'heure et on perd 1 heure avant même de commencer. Je crois sincèrement que cette pratique devrait être réviser car comme client tout ce que je vois c'est un moyen d'aller chercher du profit en cachette. Merci

Before I rent the truck, the clerk said the gas level was 1/4 and i need to return with 1/4 as well, but when I start the truck, i see it is about 25% less, so i have to ask them to verify again. They had to sign an initial to agree on the level. But they still ask me to return with 1/4, and said they would give me credit on the difference. But when i return the truck, in fact, i filled gas a bit more than 1/4, but when i ask for the credit, they just pretend ignore that and said can not give me credit on this because of all kinds of reasons. It is funny, they just try to cheat the customer on the gas and ignore it if they can not deny.

le personnel n'est pas assez et ne se préoccupe pas s'il y a une file d'attente. a 9h30 du matin il y avait une file de 5 personnes et une seule était au comptoir. Quand on a demandé d'aller appeler sa collègue, elle nous a dit d'y aller nous même dehors dans la cours l'appeler. Le téléphone sonnait tout le temps et personne ne répondait. Tout le monde se plaignait. Donc, très mauvais service.

Pour des grains de poussière, ils m'ont obligé de nettoyer le camion même avec mea deux enfants présents avec moi sachant que loue souvent des camions et remorques dans cet établissement. Mauvaise expérience je ne louerai plus dans cet établissement.

Le commis voulait me piéger en cherchant des choses qui etait la déjà et il voulait me faire portée chapeau mais d'habitude l'expérience est toujours ok mais ce commis la l'expérience n était pas bien avec lui c est pour cela seulement j allais pas recommander un ami et on doit le changer il Ne sait pas comment parler à un client et il cherche à tout bout de faire de l'argent et chercher des choses

Le site internet ne semble pas fonctionné, je n'est jamais été rappelé même si j'ai un compte. J'ai contacté la succursale de Pie-IX, ils ont refusé de m'aider et ils m'ont raccrocher au nez. J'ai du me rendre sur place et faire semblant que je ne les avait pas contacter pour pouvoir louer une remorque.

J'ai parcouru moins de Km que prévu mais ça m'a quand même coûté plus cher. Et cela avec discussion puisque les ajustements et modifications n'avait pas été faite. De plus, ce n'est pas la première fous avec votre établissement, j'apprecierais plus de précisions et arrêtez donc les frais cachés. Tout doit être mis sur le contrat initial et seulement le km en réévaluation au retours. Il me semble que c'est simple. Vous donnez l'impression d'être des crosseurs... Y a toujours de quoi avec vous, mais vous êtes les moins chers so, je pardonne et surveille mes affaires ??

I was not happy with the fact that I explained what I needed and that was to have 16feet in length so I can deliver a tempo I had sold. I very much specified that on the call when reserving and when i got home i could not fit it in the truck as she forgot to tell me only a small portion would 16feet long . I had to undo the whole item into just over 150 pieces delaying when I would deliver the tempo then the seller did not buy the item as I didn't deliver it in the same way I promised and had to bring it over to a third location and back home. All this made me take longer and do more kilometres which charged me more money which I could avoid if I were well explained at first point of contact

I would first like to say that the service I received from Justin the representative that day was very good. However, when I made the reservation online, I specifically requested not to take insurance that you offer for collision on the trailer because I already have the coverage with my insurance company. When I arrived in store, I did not have the option to opt out of the insurance. For some reason, the system charged me automatically. After realizing it later that the system charged me automatically, I told the representative and the representative told me that the new system always automatically charges the insurance to the client. I believe that this is not ethically correct you cannot assume that all clients need that coverage. I understand I signed the contract and paid for it but I trusted your company so I did not take the time to read the whole contract. In addition, the representative never showed me the detailed billing details until the very end after I paid (again this is not a good business practice). I noticed that there were a few cameras on site. If you have any doubt you can always take a look at them. It is not the first time that I rent from you guys and normally the system always gives me option to take insurance or not AND shows me a detailed billing plus the representative always explains the amount. After talking to the general manager he told me that I signed meaning that I agreed and he also said that he cannot do anything about it. This should be corrected it is not how business should be done.
