S'assurer que la collecte du camion fonctionne comme prévue avec le cellulaire. On devait prendre le camion à 7h am mais malheureusement l'application nous permettait pas de le prendre on as donc du attendre 2h pour l'ouverture de l'établissement mais sinon le service est excellent.

I am completely appaulled by my experience with Uhaul this past weekend. I reserved a 10 foot truck on Friday August 10, 2018 online for pickup at 10am on Sunday August 12, 2018 from the Uhaul location at 7829 Henri Bourassa E. I received an email which confirmed my reservation from Uhaul. However, when I arrived onsite on Sunday to pick up the truck, I was unable to get the truck through my Uhaul app. I contaced Sylvain Demarais at the number shown on the app, left several messages because he did not pick up the call, but was finally able to reach him on my 3rd attempt. Not only did he not speak to me in English, but he told me the truck I had reserved was not available even though it was right in front of me. He then instructed me to go to the Uhaul on Pie IX informing me that many 10ft trucks were available at that location. He said he would give me a $50 credit because my reservation was not honored and would reserve the 10ft truck at Pie IX for me as well. I DID NOT GET A $50 CREDIT NOR WAS A 10FT TRUCK RESERVED FOR ME AT PIE IX. When I got to the PieIX location, I was told all the 10 ft trucks were out, so they proposed to give me a 15ft truck at the 10ft truck rental rate. When I told the clerk that I was told a reservation had been done by the Uhaul rep I spoke with, he informed me that no such reservation was made. When i told the clerk that i would have to drive an additional 20 klms because of the extra distance, the clerk smerked and told me that is why I was receiving the $50 credit. When I informed him that the 15 ft truck would consume more fuel, he replied by saying that was not the case. So not only did I lose almost 3 hours in getting a truck from Uhaul at a different location, add to that the extra cost of fuel for my car and the Uhaul truck (which I paid $15 of gas for 22 kilometers of driving...just aweful mileage), 2 additional hours of pay for my helper ($15 x 2 = $30), 1 hour spent with customer service on the phone, and add insult to injury, they charged me an extra $25 plus tax for a cleaning fee!!!!!! I already have a refernce number for a district manager to contact me (1919767) but I suggest he contact me immediately at 613 670 0632 otherwise i will start legal action against Uhaul.

I had reserved a truck online. I put the postal code of the location i lived. When I arrived on site they told me that the reservation was at st henri. they accomodatete me none the less. I hope I didn t get charged for that clittch in your system, Secondly there is no parking on site. The employes give you good service. Waiting time is long every time I go there.

Le service est beaucoup trop long. J'ai attendu une demi-heure pour louer, et il y avait seulement un des trois représentants qui servait les clients, les 2 autres se tournaient les pouces. J'ai attendu une demi-heure quand j'ai rapporté l'équipement, alors qu'on aurait pu me dire tout de suite où le mettre et j'aurais pu m'en aller.

C'était le pire service à la clientèle aujourd'hui le 30 juillet 2018 vers 14h45. Le jeune Alexandre Laforest une hatitude vraiment pitoyable. Lorsque je lui ai demandé de parler à son gérant se dernier ma déclaré qu'il n'était pas là. Je lui ai demandé de le contacter par téléphone, il ma répondu:" je ne vais pas le déranger juste pour ca." C'est vaiment ridicule de voir que U-haul engage des gens sans savoir vivre, sans sens du service à la clientèle et qui sont incapable de répondre aux questions des consommateurs. Il semblerait que leurs formation ne soit pas suffisante. Sincèrement, je vais déconseiller a mon entourage de payer pour obtenir en bout de ligne un service aussi médiocre. Et hier lors de la prise de possession du camion le preposé Abu ou Abdu a fait une erreur malgrè qu'il avait mon permis de condiure en main. Je m'appelle Kherla Brutus. Mon numéro était associé avec Patrick Lazare dans votre système. Malgrè que je lui ai dit non, que ce n'était pas moi et que je voulais la location à mon nom, il l'a tout de même fait au nom de Patrick Lazare. Et il ne m'a jamais dit que le remboursement du dépot se faisait par chéques. Et l'autre qui jouait au plus fin aujourd'hui m'a dit que j'avais juste à venir plus tot. LE MONDE TRAVAILLE c'est tout le monde qui peutse rendre a 7h00 au U-haul. Discount va me voir plus souvent et mon entourage aussi. Assuré vous d'engager du bon staff avec des employés qui savent comment garder ses clients.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my truck. When I was given the keys, the inside of the truck was filthy. I had to request the employee to clean the truck. The inside of the driver cab was dirty, dust, dirt and food particles everywhere. I was very disappointed with the state of the truck.

The fuel level indicated at the moment of signing was higher than the real fuel level, I ended paying more when refueling. There was no flexibility on the booked hours if I was a bit late it was on my charge. But if you don't have the booked truck you don't offer accommodations. Also the fact that you don't have parking for your customer is very inconvenient!
