Le service est d'une lenteur et nous avons toujours l'impression de déranger ! Au retour, devons courir après un commis et il nous dit que nous allons recevoir la facture par courriel et jamais reçu (2e fois que cela se produit). Je vais essayé de trouver un autre endroit pour louer des remorques, car je ne peux pas perdre 90 min. de ma journée lorsque j'ai besoin d'une remorque camion ou autre.

Premierement le sondage est en anglais alors que j'ai cliqué sur le sondage francais. Deuxiement, lors de la prise de possession du véhicule le 4 novembre 2018 pour 9:30 il y avait une ligner de monde qui fait en sorte que nous avons attendus 45 minutes a 1 heure pour se faire servir. Donc non je ne retounerais plus a cette surccusale car il manque de personnel et je n'ai pas le temps d'attendre 1 heures pour avoir un camions et surtout que j'avais deja une réservation.!

tres mauvaise expérience avec u-haul. je contacterai lundi matin sans faute le service a la clientele . camion non comforme au regle de sécurité ( pedale de frein non fonctionnel ) service a la clientele long et innéficace. personnel ayant une mauvaise attitude . erreur sur le paiment prélevé sur ma carte de crédit. pathétique experience.

J’ai pris la peine d’aviser le call center, car tout appel si rend là bas. De quoi je vais arrivé très juste avant la fermeture. Ce qui est 18h50 et la succursale ferme à 19h00. Je voulais mis rendre avant question de lui laisser du temps et non dernière minute. Je suis donc arrivé juste 10min. Avant la fermeture par cause de traffic. L’agent m’a refuser comme client et mon retour de location, car il etait deja avec un autre client. Il me dit mot pour mot. Je ne peux te prendre, car le temps je finis avec mon client il va etre l’heure que je ferme. Il me dit de laisser le camion et revenir le lendemain pojr mon depot d’argent. J’ai travaillé longtemps chez Thrifty et Enterprise. Un retour de location me prend meme pas 2 minutes. Il ma juste fermer la porte au nez et disant sa fait 14 heures qu’il etait la. Excusez-moi, mais sa ne prend pas la tête à Papineau pour faire le calcul. Si tu fermes 7pm - ces 14 heures d’ouvrage. Cela veut dire qulil était au travail depuis 5am. Bravo le 100watts. Derniere fois je loue là bas. Je vais continué à louer à St-Jacques. Je suis regulier comme client. St-Jacque j’ai eu un service hors pair. J’ai meme appeler pour qulil m’attend 10min après la fermeture et il l’a fait. Je l’ai tiper 10$ pour son geste. Mais lui à Pie-IX qu’il ai au d**** Voilà mes commentaires.

There is no parking area for my vehicle to leave it in when you pick up your rental. They told me to park in parking lot of Maxi next door. You are using a private lot that does not belong to U Haul which in fact is liable to a vehicle tow away.

Customer service is quite slow and poor overall at this location. Also, the first clerk I spoke to when I reserved the truck said that I could pick it up any time after the reservation. The 2nd clerk that I spoke to when I actually picked up the truck mentioned that I could have lost the reservation since I was supposed to pick it up precisely at the reserved time. Inconsistent information.

Service vraiment mauvais ! Contrat fait pour u camion mais celui ci ne démarrait pas donc ils ont changé de camion mais jamais il nous a avisé ! Donc résultat le km et l essence sur le premier contrat n était pas bon ... a mon arrive j ai du atteindre 1 h pour faire comprendre ce qui c est passé ! Vraiment déçu du service

Lors de transaction à Montréal Nord le 26 sept les agents m'ont demandé de faire un depot de 100$ qui me seront retournés mais au dépôt de la vanne à SUDBURY kingway bvld l'agent m'a encore réclamé 32,41$ que j'ai payé.Alors je ne comprends pourquoi jusqu'à ce jour on ne me retourne pas les 100 dollars gelés.Merci de me donner une suite favorable pour compléter ma satisfaction.

I have a Reservation for one way trip from Montreal, Canada and drop off in New Jersey to move traditional moroccan furnitures. They gave me an old truck with over mileage and rust all overy the truck. . When I questioned the Uhaul agent at the Montreal location why he was giving me an old and worn out truck even there are at least 10 newer trucks in the lot, he replied that this was the only truck that can go one way and be dropped off at New Jersey. I drove the truck to the furniture warehouse in order to load my furniture. The warehouse was about half mile away from the Uhaul location and that was the reason that i chosed that location. I left the truck at the warehouse for overnight. The next day I picked up the truck from the warehouse and i started my journey. Once I got to highway, i discovered that the truck has bad transmission and I couldn't drive faster than 40 miles an hour. The wheels need serious alignment because the truck keeps shifting to the right and I continueously had to hold the steering wheel with my both hands to prevent the truck from shifting. Not to mention that the cargo gate was totally rusted and I couldn't open or close it easily. It took me about 11 hours driving from Montreal to Elizabeth, New Jersey for a trip usually takes 6 hours. I called Uhaul customer service and they offered me to switch the truck. But that solution was out of question because there is no way I will unload and reload my furniture by myself. So I continued driving till I reached home. When I dropped the truck at the drop off location, the Uhaul agents were surprised to see the truck condition and the mileage on it. They told me that the truck should be out of the service and shouldn't be rented out for such long distance.

The location was good, they did their job well. As for the rental process, there's so much to improve. I reserved a 9' cargo van at the Jean Talon location in Montreal to go to New York and back. After a few days, we decided the truck wouldn't be big enough so I tried to call to change the reservation to a 10'. I have to emphasize on the TRIED here. The first time I call customer service (on a Wednesday morning) I stay on hold for 25 minutes before someone answers. This nice lady informs me she is not sure that is a possibility so she asks her supervisor. 10 minutes later, when she comes back, she tells me it's possible. I ask an approximation of the price, and there she goes again. Another 10 minutes. And the call drops! The next day I call. Same story after 26 minutes! The day after, I finally get someone on the phone who, by some kind of magic, was able to fix my issue in 50 seconds. Everything in order, I get the confirmation email. On the morning of the rental, I get to the Jean Talon location. They tell us everything is in order but when we get out, we realize it's a cargo van. That's when your employees told us nothing can be done for that because they didn't have a 10' truck for us and that we had to call customer service to change the reservation to an other location. The supervisor graciously agreed to call them herself and we found a truck 25 km further at the Montreal-Nord location. All and all we had a truck and were able to start the trip, you guys even gave us a great final price (less than we expected), but I mean the travel to get there was trying. You have great prices, it's a shame customers have to go through all that trouble just to get a truck. All I'm saying is you could be making much more benefits if you improve your service.
