The guy didn't wear his mask while walking out. Didn't give us the cover sheets we payed for, we had to come back. No paper receipt because they had no ink. It would've been ok but I can't download the receipt. I was charged an extra 6.76$ and I don't know what for. Other than that, the truck was clean and comfortable.

On a compris trÃ¨s tÃ´t qu'on s'est fait avoir car ils allaient nous dire qu'on devait vÃ©rifier avant car nous ont exigÃ© de rendre Ã 1/4. Chose qu'on a fait au uhaul de Gatineau et le monsieur qui a vÃ©rifiÃ© le camion nous a certifiÃ© que le niveau d'essence Ã©tait bon. AprÃ¨s on nous rÃ©ponds que c'est juste verbal Ã§a compte pas.

there was no Covid19 mesures, no inspection of the rental before I took possesion. My reservation was wrong, only 4h insted of 1 day. I've seen better.

The attitude of your manager who is obviously tired with life. He did not ask me the number of kms that I was planning on driving and all usual questions to estimate the cost of the rental. Instead, he withheld $1000 on my credit card because I wouldn't take his $18 insurance. He proceeded to tell me if anything happened, I would be liable and that my credit card doesn't have any insurance. Except, I have personal insurance. We all do. But he still kept insisting and I got irritated. When my card wouldn't pass because of the high amount, he didn't care and just kept staring. This was the weirdest experience and this is the first time I get treated so poorly a Uhaul. I told him this and he said that the manager of each UHAUL gets to decide how much to pre-authorize. So he did it on purpose.
Abou was excellent and professional and very courteous. All good, no need to improve, it was perfect, quick, easy and an enjoyable first experience. Tks Abou!!
The trailer had a leaking tire and worn out tires.
Put a dropbox on a post for the key near the entrance instead of a slot on the garage door. In the day you can't use the slot because the key falls on the bottom of the garage where the workers are working. Not very secure and reassuring for the customer. Thanks
My reservation was transfered here, because my original reservation was not fulfilled by my primary choice, and moved without my knowledge without a warning call.

No sense of urgency, took me 1 hour just to get the rental.
MÃªme avec la rÃ©servation en ligne, 25 minutes d'attente et d'une non chalence extrÃªme pour prendre le vÃ©hicule. Au retour de location, 30 minutes de je ne sais pas quoi. 4 personnes au comptoir; une avec un client; une au tÃ©lÃ©phone et deux Ã regarder le vent, l'oxygÃ¨ne et Ã tenir un tÃ©lÃ©phone sans parler. ExtrÃªmement spÃ©cial comme accueil, ambiance et Service client. Faut le voir pour le croire !
