Customer service was great and the process was pain free. My only complaint would be the mobile app. I had several issues with it both when doing the pre trip and post trip inspections. Thankfully your representatives were very helpful.

Lisa VKen is great to deal with and goes above and beyond. Nothing to improve at this point.
Andrew BThe pick up was seamless and quick drop off attendant was helpful and efficient
donald dI paid for 48 hours returned it in less then 8 hours, got no money back and had to pay an extra 20 dollars for km. Now I don't think that's right but that's my opinion. As for the rest the service was excellent.
