I'm a women and the guy yell at me as I'm his daughter almost hit me just because I reserved a van and he didn't want to give the key argued that he star to work at 10:00 and was there since 8:45. And now, he charges 194$more than I already paid yesterday. Another client defended me from him, and 2 more clients had the same problem. He was verbal and aggressive.

La personne qui m’a données clés était extrêmement désagréable, j’ai rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi peu commercial. De plus, la porte côté conducteur de mon truck ne pouvait pas s’ouvrir avec la clé. Je devais ouvrir la porte côté passager et ouvrir manuellement la porte côté conducteur. Puis, il avait du plâtre ou quelques chose de ce style dans le coffre. Une poussière blanche. Sinon, le point positif, UHaul m’a permis de réaliser mon déménagement malgré tout Merci

Robert LThey did not put the Dolly inside the truck, and they were closed at this time. So I left with the dolly that I already paid.
Karim HIt would be good to know where the keys are located. This is not clearly stated during the check in process. Seeing as the van was parked in an alley, not in close proximity to an obvious u-haul location, we spent a lot of time looking for the "black box by the door" and it was nowhere near the car door. It turned out it was in a black box by the door of a mechanic's business. This wasted time of course, we had to restart a few times because of accidentally pressing back and it took us out of the page entirely.. we also didn't know in advance that at the checkout we'd be expected to take photos with different views. Usually when renting a vehicle we give the odometer and the keys. We did take a photo of the odometer, and then returned the keys and started checking out... to find out we needed to take more photos. This also took extra time and caused some stress. This process should be outlined in advance because there is no one from u-haul doing this work - we are effectively doing the work that usually a company employee would do. We should be given a discount for doing self-service at this point. An older person would never be able to manage this on their own.
