When we call we asked to leave the truck in St Jerome and They told us, NO PROBLEM, but when we pickup the truck , the Said we havé to bring it back there in Montreal, so we lost time , 2 helpers. We put $40 gaz and they charge us $77 more of gaz. I will never recommandes uhaul, you are thief. I will post My experience on Facebook
MANON DOrdered for a dolly in advance online booking, dolly wasn't available at the time of pick up but still charge me for this equipment. Without this transfer device my parcel moving got extremely difficult. I can rate only below average this place
Xx AStop by at this location to get an emergency snall truck because of a fire in my building the guy at the desk wanted to know why I didn't apply on line and was very mad fighting with me like a small child telling me uhaul. Makes all the money and he doesn't get much except about $5 per service and that cannot pay his rent he turns me away then when I leave he come calling me saying he will help me I went back and do it only because it was an emergency this is not my first experience with him very rude and I will never recommend he always did it very bad for business why do it if you not getting paid .
