Please clean / snow shovel the driveway in the back of the store where the Van is located and if possible also tell people to not park next to the van spot. It was very hard parking the van back in as the wheels kept skidding on the ice in the parking spot and there was a car parked very close to the van's spot making it difficult to pull into the spot.

Judy RThe store has no rear exit where the truck is parked. You must around the block to pick it up. I was charged extra fuel when I calculated the amount of gas to refill. Will not rent again. Customer service would refund me but opened an investigation instead. This case will likely get lost in paperwork and I will not be reimbursed.
