LINDA FThere was no one at the facility when I made the return so the "personnel helpful" question is not applicable. I went through the online return process at uhaul.com and hopefully everything worked. correctly. I received a confirmation screen from the website that the return process was complete, but it would have been nice to receive a confirmation email as well. Other than that it was a pretty smooth and seamless process.
