There was no one at the facility when I made the return so the "personnel helpful" question is not applicable. I went through the online return process at uhaul.com and hopefully everything worked. correctly. I received a confirmation screen from the website that the return process was complete, but it would have been nice to receive a confirmation email as well. Other than that it was a pretty smooth and seamless process.

DEWAYNE BThe checkout in the app seemed to hang for the driver who returned it, so we just left at 8:52pm. The next day, it wasnt checked in until after noon which caused another day to be charged. It was a long few phone calls to get it taken care of, but Warren at UHaul customer service finally took care of it for me, thank you!
