Didn’t have proper connections for the trailer, had to wait longer than needed and trouble even checking me in for my rental. No discount was offered for the lack of services or the time undue time wasted. I wouldn’t rent from this location ever again.

We ordered a vehicle and we got told we had to go to another place to pick up and then when we pick up your auto haulers we need anther connection. its been a shit show right from the beginning and then we had to hire a driver to go from Moose Jaw to Edmonton.
