When I picked up the U-Haul the check engine light was on. The vehicle was at 3/4 tank full so when I dropped it off I left it with a little bit more than when I picked it up. The business was trying to charge my an additional $9 but I had taken photos and video evidence in the morning as I was concerned the check engine light was on and I would try to be blamed for it. The U-Haul app let me book a 26” U-Haul and 24 hours prior to my move they indicated a 26” wouldn’t be available. Only had a 20ft available 1 that was frustrating as a I planned for a 26ft.
