The attendant who was there during pickup, had no clue whatsoever about what he was doing, he didn't even speak or understand English, and the self pickup option did not work in the app. I ended up having to basically tell him what to click and where to put the information into the system all throughout, and he still didn't understand what was going on, and I still don't think he does. I could've changed whatever I wanted to the reservation while in his computer, or even defrauded U-Haul, and he would still not know what was happening. At the time of drop-off, a different person was there and it was actually a normal experience with someone who actually spoke English and knew what they were doing.

Very bad customer service. The door got locked automatically from inside wasn't even my fault it was due to poor vehicle maintenance and mechanical error by your side. And I had to pay 273$ from my end for this bullshit service which I didn't even use. I am very disappointed by your service. I am going to sue this company for sure.

glenn MI would like to suggest providing additional training to the staff member assisting customers. This was my second visit — during my first visit with a friend, it took nearly two hours, and unfortunately, the booking couldn't be completed that day. We had to return the next morning, where a different staff member was able to assist us. Yesterday, the same staff member took over an hour to complete a booking. It seems there may be some gaps in training and possibly language barriers that are affecting the service experience
