Location gps takes you way outta the way, called location for directions or help at the very least and they spoke so fast in a hard to understand accent it was like I was being screamed at just for needing customer service. When finally arriving with no help to U-Haul I wasn’t greeted with a hello I was asked to take another customers trailer off their hitch like I all of a sudden worked there! Seriously, when does the paying customer become an unpaid labourer?????? No help to me but wanted help from me the second I arrived, that’s just ridiculous!
