Reserved equipment (15' truck) was not ready for pickup by my authorized driver, so rental was upgraded to the 27' truck which was way too large to enter the parking lot at the move destination. It had to be parked several miles away and personal vehicles used to ferry the contents to the destination. Additionally there was no one at the pickup location to assist my driver, the entire process had to be done by phone and on the app. This added several hours to the process on the pickup end, and having to use private vehicles to move the contents at the destination added an extra day and much frustration.
