This man man multiple flirtatious passes at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He did not show me how to operate the doors, how to unhook it at drop off, or tell me where to turn it in from one way trip. Trailer perked the entire 100 plus miles. I thought my bumper was going to come off, even though I had the towing package on my Tahoe.

Friendly and the in and out process was quick

MELANIE LThe location was closed, we had scheduled online pickup but the process was very difficult due to a later pickup time than we scheduled. After 2 calls to customer service and 45min later we were finally able to get the key. We have needed to rent a UHaul on 3 different occasions within the last 2 weeks. Each time has been more difficult than the last. The overall experience with Uhaul has been poor.
