The location was closed, we had scheduled online pickup but the process was very difficult due to a later pickup time than we scheduled. After 2 calls to customer service and 45min later we were finally able to get the key. We have needed to rent a UHaul on 3 different occasions within the last 2 weeks. Each time has been more difficult than the last. The overall experience with Uhaul has been poor.

Tony TRaymond Lawrence was an excellent service provider for UHAUL and was a great person to talk with.
Shane TThe location for pick up is not professional. The space is dark, dirty and unclean. The representative is not respectful and rude. The take out counter was an end table with a laptop. The representative had my husband fetch the moving blankets from the back room in which my husband found personal items, giving the impression that this gentleman was living at the facility.
