I reserved my truck a month early, including 12 moving blankets. On the day before my pickup, U-Haul changed the pickup location for my truck and the pickup time (later in the day). When I arrived, no moving blankets and no help. How can I make a reservation a month early and nobody contacts me to inform me that my order cannot be completed prior to my arrival.
