I reserved 10 ft truck and next day received an invoice I called since I wasn’t scheduled to pick it up for another day and was told a lady claiming Ronnie my fiancé came in and they gave her the truck and charged my credit card for $145. I said my reservation didn’t start for another day and I had NO additional drivers listed so how could this happen? They had some ladies name on my reservation but my home address, phone number and email. Very concerning!

The truck we rented came with a flat tire and needed a tire repair. We never did get reimbursed. Even though we reserved the truck several days in advance, it had a mound of ice on the windshield. Also the place is a bad atmosphere.

EDWARD JIssues with the app to check in outside of business hours. Not able to attach pictures of truck to complete check in process.
TIMOTHY KThe pick up went smoothly but the drop off was more difficult. The lady was rude and questioned me about the blankets that were already in the truck when I got it. I did not pay for blankets and she still made me bring 20 of them into the store. She also questioned how many miles and other information which I already filled out on the app
