Go to a different u haul location or better yet a different rental. I rented a truck for 24 hours . I picked it up a half hour after pick up time . I returned it one and a half hours after due back time ( really one hour because I picked it up half hour after pick up time ). I got charged a additional 24 hours plus insurance ( I was not in possession of truck the second day).. Did not receive a response when I complained about it. Needless to say no more u haul rental from me.
