Rental agent did not know what she was doing set me up with a truck with check engine light on I asked for a one way trip and she made the drop off location the same as the pickup so I was unable to self return She told me 131 for entire day with miles included and ended up being charged an extra 42 dollars because only 30 miles are included in the trip Pro tip: never rent a uhaul from a smoke shop if you know what I mean.

Not their fault. I dropped off after hours
Dale PGo to a different u haul location or better yet a different rental. I rented a truck for 24 hours . I picked it up a half hour after pick up time . I returned it one and a half hours after due back time ( really one hour because I picked it up half hour after pick up time ). I got charged a additional 24 hours plus insurance ( I was not in possession of truck the second day).. Did not receive a response when I complained about it. Needless to say no more u haul rental from me.
