Very easy return- no contact with personnel
Mary LThe location was fine but I ordered furniture dollies, and furniture blankets; however, there were only a few few furniture blankets (7 of 12 ordered) and no furniture dollies available. I made the reservation a few days in advance and didn’t find out until I arrived that they did not have the supplies I needed.

Teresa MI reserved 10 ft truck and next day received an invoice I called since I wasn’t scheduled to pick it up for another day and was told a lady claiming Ronnie my fiancé came in and they gave her the truck and charged my credit card for $145. I said my reservation didn’t start for another day and I had NO additional drivers listed so how could this happen? They had some ladies name on my reservation but my home address, phone number and email. Very concerning!
