Not so much a complaint against the location, but more of U-Haul themselves. When somebody reserves a 10 foot U-Haul well ahead of the date for pick up at a location close then you would think it would be available and not have to drive 35 minutes out of your way. Do better U-Haul.

Sharon PThe owner of the store did a great job helping me get hooked up and on my way: However I did not have the 4 point trailer light adaptor and they did not have any on site. I had to run to multiple places to find one which made my trip a lot longer. I think it should be listed on website what adaptor is needed for the lights, and uhaul locations should have adaptors.
