Location is terrible. No communication. No one showed up. Called U-haul over a dozen times. Moved my pickup location. Received truck 2 hours late. Worst experience! Would not recommend.

Trailers need a trailer jack! It’s very heavy for everyone to lift the trailer off the hitch and place it on the ground.

Maci NThe vehicle I originally picked up only made it 10 miles before the check engine light came on and engine power was reduced. I had to return to exchange it for another vehicle. When I returned the vehicle early I was charged more mileage than I drove. No consideration for my inconvenience... Would only use this location as a last resort.
