The truck was in horrible condition, didn't shift right, wipers barely worked and had no washer fluid. The steering was wobbly when driving on the highway. Felt a little unsafe. Was disappointed for the amount I had to pay.

Location is terrible. No communication. No one showed up. Called U-haul over a dozen times. Moved my pickup location. Received truck 2 hours late. Worst experience! Would not recommend.
Travis KTrailers need a trailer jack! It’s very heavy for everyone to lift the trailer off the hitch and place it on the ground.
