No one was available for drop-off, thanks to U-Haul.com I had no issues, but there were people there with reservations to pick up equipment and no one was around. Hours are posted Open at 10 but by 10:30, no one showed up so the others left without their equipment. I do think it was a little expensive for a one way small trailer rental. I could see $50 a day, but $280 total for a small trailer? That's expensive.

Susan SCustomer service no kindness .Then we get the haul and it's full of edleast 40 blankets in the back truck.... not a joke no receipt for the second bill very unprofessional...
