there wasn't anybody here to receive I don't like dropping it off and leaving keys in a box in the middle of a work day it's ridiculous I won't do this again.

Just a few general comments…… 1. Couldn’t pick up at location I wanted. 2. Was told one pickup location then that was changed the night before. Each time moved me further away. 3. At pickup location I was told I could return to the most convenient location for me so contract was left blank. I was then forced to drop off at a location 10 miles away which was an inconvenience. Overall I was happy with the vehicle BUT the events on either end of my rental soured my experience.

Raafat SWas scammed out of $181.59 ...no return deposit after the u haul return. I do not recommend this business.
Sherllon NStore opened 10 minutes late and closed 10 minutes early. Had to make schedule adjustments because of this.
