It was advertised 19.99 per day but when I return the truck end up paying $105.gas milage charges are way too high.i was told weekend charges are high! Your information people don't move weekdays.

I rented a pickup truck for one hour and at a rate of $19.95. The truck was returned at the pick up location and insurance was also added to the charge for a total fee of $37.30. My debit card was charged twice. First, $15.35, then another $44.45. Please explain why use of the truck cost nearly $70. Having access to my debit card does not give Uhaul or its agents the right use it how ever they would like. Please explain these extra charges before I contact my bank.

I booked a Dolly but never took it when I checked out my 26 foot truck. And in the final bill, I have been marked a $143.99 charge for missing dolly. I never took the dolly in the first place. PLEASE CORRECT THIS CHARGE for me. Contract # 20891161.

Put $6 dollars of gas in truck. They claim I drove 9 miles which is b's. At $6 dollars guess truck gets 3 miles to the gallon you were to the good on gas. Dishonest shady people!! Get odometer recalibrated!!

This was the worst move I have ever encountered. Great service picking up and returning. But during the trip the trailer(your equipment) caused a short on my vehicle causing my vehicle to loose back lights (all rear lights and functions). Had to brake the law driving to my destination, I had to only drive in daylight hours. Can't tell what exactly what the whole/ precise problem is until I get back home to a mechanic. VERY STRESSFUL RENTAL. Last time to rent a trailer. I told the Uhaul return location but they told me I had to tell pick up location. THIS IS BULL S..T

Your off hours mobile application pick up service did not work. While the application presented the six steps to complete, it went into a loop around step one only offering me a contact person to call, I did not answer and his mailbox was full. James at this location was great I called him at 7 AM and he was right there to resolve the situation.

I want to thank the person working 8/21 during the hours of 3:00 - 6:00 PM. He was working alone and juggling alot of customers. He remained calm, helpful and dealt with customer's very efficiently.

The online check in process had some difficulty. The store owner said the truck was ready, but online it said the vehicle had not been reserved. An hour later, the problem was fixed online.

Truck was not safe to drive, very old and dangerous because the steering wheel was loose making it very dificult to drive. Terrible experience and will definetively consider other truck renting companies next time. thanks, Hernani

The 9' van we rented had less than 1000 miles on it - it was very nice, clean. Nicest moving vehicle I've ever rented. We couldn't find the button to move the side mirrors, and there was no owners manual, which would have been helpful. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Area for parking after hours could be easier to access. Parked cars made reversing into parking area a difficult task for the end of the moving experience.

The staff were not really helpful. couldnt even look up to customer and explain things... Requested a truck they only had vans. The floor was dusty when I received it thinking I guess this is normal for U-haul. l returned the van before the set time and they were too busy to give me a final statement and receive the van. Later they charged me additional 10.73. Called the U-haul 1800 number to ask for a receipt of payment they weren't able to understand what a receipt is. I tired words ''final statement'' and ''bill'' they still had no idea what am i asking for. They finally refunded 10.00 after a week then i had to call to ask for the statement and the 0.73... still have to worry about this rental 2 weeks after a simple 4 hours van rental!
