Sonny CThe address sent me to the wrong location using iPhone maps app. I searched on Google which also did not show me the correct location. Once I found the actual site, there were no signs pointing me to the correct location (only a couple U-Haul trailers sitting out front with a sign that didn’t point in any direction to the office). Local businesses next door were completely unfamiliar with JT’s express even existing. I walked around the nearby building and saw no indication of a U-Haul site to register. A man eventually walked out of a store and seemed highly bothered that I was not able to find his store. I felt uncomfortable the entire time.
