I reserved 2 standard hand trucks for my rental period due to needing to be able to move boxes. When I arrived I was informed that this location has no hand trucks and could only give me furniture dollys. I needed the hand trucks for that time period, and since this location didn't have them, I had to secure hand trucks on my own at a much higher cost. I don't understand why I wouldn't have have been contacted in advance if that equipment I requested was not going to be available. I was on an extremely tight schedule and this caused a delay in my plans. The truck I picked up was at a half tank, which meant I had to fill it up before I even left the facility, as I was driving a good distance, and that caused another delay. Also the interior of the truck was covered with a lot of dust & small debris, like it had been hauling construction materials and wasn't properly swept out. Finally we had rented the truck for the period of Jan 9th @ 8am - Jan 11th at 8am. We actually returned the truck on Jan 10th at 12pm, nearly a full day less than the rental contract. It seems like we should have been offered some sort of discount for returning the truck early, especially considering we returned it with more fuel than we left with. We will NOT be renting from this location again.

MICHAEL MYour online service is terrible. You require access to WiFi at the pickup location, but don’t provide it, so it’s impossible to check in. I had to scan my ID three times with the associate and one time myself before she finally had to call your 800 number. I had a 6:15 pickup and ended up leaving with the truck closer to 7:00. The associate was great, she was patient and worked through a tough situation. The problem was your website/app, which was awful.

KENNETH LWith no jack or help my husband had to deadlift the biggest trailer (2200 pounds) they have off the ground and on to the hitch, then hooked it up with no instruction from the dealer. Would this have been different if I as a woman would have went to retrieve this rental? There is absolutely no way I could have gotten it on the hitch.
