The truck was mechanically well maintained, but the back had some type of oil residue with a very strong odor. I had to bring it back so it could be cleaned. The employee who helped me was great and very apologetic about the situation. My only suggestion would be to check the back of the trucks before renting them out.

MARCIE MI had to rent a trailer for 2 weeks - I could not do it on line - it only seemed to allow me to do 1 week at a time. I stopped by to reserve the trailer in person and it was easy. Reserving, pickling it up and returning it was super easy in person, the people in the store were knowledgeable and easy to work with.
KEVIN HThere was a strong odor of marijuana as we entered the vehicle. After we loaded the vehicle up for the first run, it still smelled. Then we proceeded to see there a small blunt of it in the cup holder. We had to pick it up and throw it out the window. Dissappointed in the cleanliness of the U-Haul. The procedure to get it was fine and not a hassle. But the cleanliness was not up to par.
