Need someone to handle U-Haul. One person hand food, gas, purchases in the store, had to connect and disconnect myself. Had to giver several times to get the price right.

Andrew JThe entire process of reserving a truck on line is horrible. Truck reserved for 10:30 am. Got it at 12 noon due to being unable to obtain key from lock box. Customer service sucks also. Never again will we rent from U-Haul.
Kathy BHeads up. The app crashed before I was able to take exterior pictures. I locked the truck and I returned the key where I got it. Hope that’s okay. I took exterior pictures on my phone if needes
