When I was choosing my return location when I rented the unit, the screen said that Scotty's Auto Repair LLC WAS OPEN UNTIL 12:00 PM ON SATURDAY. This is why I chose them, I wanted a person there when I returned the vehicle and trailer. I arrived at 11:00 am on Saturday, and the place was closed. I had to go through that whole darn self return, including downloading the UHaul app on my phone, switching on the geolocate feature, and all that craziness. The entire return took me 30-40 minutes! Again, I INTENTIONALLY chose a place that CLAIMED it would be open until 12 noon, and returned it an hour early. It appears that Scotty's isn't even open on Saturdays. Had the UHaul that I rented from had accurate information, I would have chosen a different location to return my equipment to.

Very convenient location, and easy in-and-out drop-off of the trailer. Did not have contact with any staff, but would recommend this site.
