I left the truck with a quarter tank of gas (120 miles showing to go) yet was charged $20 . I took a picture of it, unfortunately blurry but one can tell enough to see where the gauge was at. I’d would like a refund on the gas. I wonder if this is a common practice???

Very happy every single thing
Larry MI understand that a trailer can still be used even if it has damage not affecting its structural integrity. That was the situation with this trailer. The damage had already been marked by UHaul so we weren't worried that we would be blamed for this. Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and courteous both picking up the trailer and then later when I returned it. It's a bit tricky for them to run a gas station AND to do rentals and check ins at the same time, but they seem to be handling it just fine. Some waiting was required. But we aren't nervous/impatient people.

deborah wI orders a appliance dolly, dolly wasn’t in stock I still payed for the dolly and I’m u sure if I was properly reimbursement, the uhaul rental was done over the phone at the location site and information regarding reimbursement was unclear. This made my move more difficult.
