Took to long for the lady to assist us...Always on the phone. First trailer she assined us, the cables for lights didn't work... then had to wait another 30 minutes for her to change all her paperwork and then she came to assist us with the new trailer..

My towing vehicle was a 2016 Chevrolet Express 2500 conversation van w/ a 10,000 lbs. rated receiver hitch, wanting to haul a 2014 Ford Explorer. U-Haul would not allow this setup with the auto transport trailer, but I could rent a tow dolly. I rented the tow dolly. After I got home, I realized that the tow dolly had beat my car up. Bending the passenger side running board & breaking a mounting bracket. This Express van is more than adequate to handle the auto transport trailer, but U-Haul in their infinite wisdom says no. U-Haul needs to rethink their policy!

Very unhappy with U haul. Drove 4 hours to pick up reserved auto transport. When I arrived incorrect trailer was on site so I was unable to pick it up. Had to drive another hour south to get correct trailer. U haul admitted dropping the ball and said I would receive a $50 credit. Had to drive over speed limit to get to second Uhaul location before they closed. Was lucky I did not get a speeding ticket. Totally. stressed me out. $50 was mot worth all the added aggravation.. Will consider a different rental company next time

When returning the vehicle we explained what all had happened and we walked outside with the young lady and showed her how bad the roaches were. When we returned it there were more still in it even though I thought I had killed and gotten them all out. She understood and was super nice.

Clean but not well maintained. Check all connecting cables before leaving. I had to purchase an extension for the pigtail - light cable so that it would reach my car. It looked as if it had been cut and taped back together and was too short to reach my car plug.

the manager was very rude and not understanding at all. one of his associates called me and asked if i was bringing truck back by 9 am that was on the contract and i said no i got stuck at work and could be there by 530 she said ok thats fine i will change it in the computer. well that wasnt done. then when i got to the site to return truck i was approx 15 mins late i got there at 545pm the voice mail says they are open till 6 when i was pulling in the employee was pulling out in her blue mustang and didn't even turn around to help me so i dropped key off in drop box. the next day i gate an additional charge for a extra day totally un professional and unacceptable.

Renting this uhaul was a process. I originally asked for it to be in Thomasville, but had to drive to Moultrie to rent it. And the app for self check out didn't work properly either. I had to call customer service to assist as the office wasn't opened until 9am. Uhaul offices should be open at 7am for customers who would like to move early in the morning to finish it. It was not a good experience overall.
