GEMECHIS SI reserved my rental in Ames, Iowa several weeks before I actually needed it. I had to pick it up over an hour away from Ames. The people I dealt with were polite and professional, and I was given an extra day due to the inconvenience, but it should hand been in Ames as scheduled.
